Transmission of measured values via radio - Radio connection with testo UltraRange
Gateway for radio connection
Enables radio transmission in the measuring systemIdeal if there is no fixed and wireless networkUp to 40 loggers can be connected per gateway
Brief about the measuring system
The base station testo Saveris Base V 3.0 is the "heart" of the system. There is also a CFR software that handles all the collection, visualization and documentation of measurement data. The software includes, for example, the "Cockpit" function, which gives you an unparalleled overview of the entire system. In addition to the base station and the software, there is also a database that is installed on your own server.
There are three different types of data loggers to choose from, depending on whether you want to use thermocouple sensors, analog or digital sensors. Using an analog converter, many more measured quantities can be connected, e.g. humidity sensors.
Advantages:
- Clear and simple overview: measuring site overview with display of alarms and measured values.
- Easy access: login and signing of alarms on your smartphone.
- Measurement data security: The measured values are stored in three different places, in the base station, in the data loggers and in the database located on your own server.
- Traceability: accredited calibration and Audit Trail function.
- Flexibility: several different measured quantities ° C, % RH, CO2, Pa, level, etc.
- Accuracy: fully digital sensors for temperature and relative humidity.
- Unlimited communication: combine radio networks, wired (LAN) and wireless networks (WLAN) in the same measuring system.
The testo UltraRange Gateway is used to send measurement data from up to 40 data loggers via the radio band.
The technology used is called testo UltraRange and allows encrypted radio transmission over long distances.
In addition to Ethernet and WLAN, the testo Saveris measuring system also supports sending measurement data via the radio band. In addition to using the existing infrastructure, you have the option of building your own radio network with encrypted traffic with long range and high signal stability for use in enclosed spaces.
The delivery includes the testo UltraRange Gateway and a configuration cable. Power supply not included.
In the practical Cockpit function, data loggers, sensors and alarms are visualized directly in floor plans of your own system. You get an unparalleled overview of the entire measuring system and can easily see where a limit value has been exceeded.
